  • All current members can access the gym at any time. Non-members can access the open gym by purchasing a drop-in pass or punch card.

  • All of the gym equipment can be used, including free weights, treadmills, rowers, air bikes, ski erg, kettlebells, dumbbells, wall balls, etc.

  • Yes! The open gym space is to the left of the CrossFit space.

  • Yes, open gym allows you to follow your personalized workout routine, whether you're focusing on strength training, cardio, flexibility, or specific fitness goals. You have the freedom to choose your exercises and training methods.

  • There is not a staff member on-site 24/7. Open gym sessions are generally self-directed, and members are responsible for their workouts.

  • Yes, there are shower facilities with soap and shampoo provided. Bring your own towel.

  • Members and punch card holders can access the gym 24/7 by using the StreamFitness app to unlock the door.
