  • The On-ramp course is mandatory for all participants NEW to CrossFit. On-Ramp consists of four private training sessions designed to teach new members the fundamental movements and exercises that will be necessary to safely perform most CrossFit workouts. These can be scheduled directly by calling us at 231-629-7853.

  • No, previous fitness experience is not required. Our coaches will teach you proper techniques and guide you through workouts, making CrossFit accessible to beginners.
