A strength and conditioning program that consists of functional movements that are constantly varied and performed at high intensity.
The first On-Ramp class is always free, $15 for follow on classes
The On-ramp course is mandatory for all participants NEW to CrossFit. On-Ramp consists of 4 private training sessions designed to teach new members the fundamental movements and exercises that will be necessary to safely perform most CrossFit workouts.

CrossFit has helped change the face of fitness and will continue to change lives as our affiliate community grows. It is for people of all ages, shapes, and sizes to help improve their physical well being and enhance fitness levels in an accepting and encouraging environment.

Tuesday: 7am, 9am, 3:45pm, 5:30pm
Wednesday: 7am, 8:30am, 3:45pm, 5:30pm
Thursday: 7am, 9am, 3:45pm, 5:30pm
Friday: 7am, 8:30am, 3:45pm, 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:00am
