My new favorite community hub in Benzie County for endorphin-generating, community-building self-care. The space is a large, open & airy CrossFit/gym space with fab equipment & coaches who treat you like family & encourage you, wherever you happen to be in your fitness journey.There are super nice showers for when you're on the go. In addition to all sorts of opportunities for CrossFit WOD's, there are inspiring classes of all varieties open to all ages & levels of fitness (including kids classes).On top of all this awesomeness, the space is not too far from Lake Michigan - I look forward to after class jogs down to the big lake, come summer!
