Beginners encouraged, every level is welcome! This class involves riding a stationary bike while listening to music and voice commands from the instructor, simulating riding terrains (flat roads, hills, etc.) or working with intervals. Modifications are available, allowing for different intensity levels to be achieved by all levels of participants.
What you need:
WATER! (There is space for 2 water bottles on the bike)
Towel (Crossfit Dunes has small sweat towels available or bring your own)
Padded biking shorts (Everything starts to feel better after the first few rides)
Clip-in bike shoes (The bikes have cages that allow for regular tennis shoes to be worn)
Mindful Movement Yoga
Including a mixture of medication, breath-work & energizing movement, this class begins with gentler movements to warm up the body & moves into progressively more challenging flow sequences. These may include standing poses, balances, inversions & peak poses. a 60-minute class - open to all, however, having a comfort level with higher intensity movement class will aid participants in finding their flow.
Love Warrior Flow Yoga
a 60-minute class designed to tap into the strength of the body, this practice will strive to meet students where they are & inspire movement led by the heart & the breath. The format will follow a well-balanced vinyasa flow style, allowing time to tune into the
body, work through flowing postures (think sun salutations), & then we’ll sink into a place of
centering, allowing the practice to incorporate into the body, heart, & mind, for overall personal
growth & uplift. Some experience with yoga is helpful, but all are welcome & modifications
always encouraged. (Please bring any props you think you might require!)
an intentional hour with space to breathe, stretch, tune into your body from head to toe, guided with gentle to medium flow yoga poses in mind. This practice will offer poses to deepen into the body, space to tap into the heart & open the mind. encourage individual growth on more than the physical level. Class will always close in a safe &
restorative way & will be complemented with an inspiring bit of wisdom, selected with love,

Relieve stress, increase flexibility, calm the mind, & strengthen the body. A relaxing self-care routine that may increase rang of motion if practiced over time. 60-minute class - open to all levels including beginners & children (with a parent). Class will always close in a safe & restorative way & will be complemented with a inspiring bit of wisdom, selected with love, kindness, & encouragement.
